Panerai's identity is inseparable from the sea. Its history of supplying precision instruments and underwater watches to the Italian Navy gave rise to a distinctive design language: oversized cases, exceptional legibility and the unmistakable crown-protecting bridge.
The PAM01305 brings that heritage into a modern professional diving watch. Its 47 mm titanium case combines substantial proportions with a material considerably lighter than stainless steel, while its rotating bezel, luminous dial and 300-meter water-resistance rating reflect its underwater purpose.
Introduced in 2017 as the successor to the PAM00305, this reference incorporates Panerai's automatic P.9010 movement, offering three days of power reserve.
Its design also recalls the enormous L'Egiziano watch Panerai developed for the Egyptian Navy in 1956—an important historical inspiration for the Submersible's distinctive rotating bezel.
