Returns Policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

 

Special Orders:
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDERS or items fabricated or assembled from components regularly carried in inventory for sale.

 

Refunds & Credits:
Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. In the case of cash payments, a check will be issued within ten (10) business days.Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only, no refunds.Payments made using cryptocurrency through the Flexa app are non-refundable. Eligible returns for these transactions will be issued as store credit only.

 

Watches:
Watches may be exchanged or returned for refund within ten (10) days of sale if in original (not worn) condition, with box, warranty, operation instructions, and all links and straps included.

Watches that have been worn and/or sized are not eligible for return or exchange.
Watches exchanged or returned after the manufacturer warranty papers have been completed will be charged a $50.00 restocking fee.

Rolex watches that are sized and warranty requested are FINAL SALE.

 

Jewelry & Giftware:
Jewelry and giftware, in original condition, may be exchanged or returned for refund, with original sales receipt, within thirty (30) days of sale.

 

Clearance Items:
All clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in original purchase condition, including all original packaging and product documentation. Returns may be completed by mail or in-store within the same 30-day period and are subject to the same condition requirements.

Returns may be completed by mail or in-store within the same 10-day period and are subject to the same condition requirements.

Watches that have been worn and/or sized are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Shipping Issues:
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five (5) days of receipt of your order. CD Peacock is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
