With Chicago Red lacquered walls, the CD Peacock 1837 Room honors the company’s deep roots and illustrious history.
Memorabilia, including correspondence from CD Peacock customer Mary Todd Lincoln, is displayed in custom cabinetry. A hidden tri-fold mirror gives guests a 360° view while trying on jewelry.

Our service department is staffed by expert watchmakers and master jewelers offering repairs and adjustments for watches and jewelry, including ring sizing and polishing.
Guests are also welcome to browse our selection of 1,500 straps, housed in vintage card catalog drawers from Chicago City College.
