ONLINE PURCHASES:

Jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in original purchase condition, including all original packaging and product documentation. Returns may be completed by mail or in-store within the same 30-day period and are subject to the same condition requirements.

Watches may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the shipment date. Items must be in original purchase condition, including all original packaging and product documentation. Returns may be completed by mail or in-store within the same 10-day period and are subject to the same condition requirements.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately.  Please retain all packing materials.  Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. CD Peacock is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
