A QUARTER-CENTURY OF AN ICON
Created in 1997 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Royal Oak, this limited-edition Audemars Piguet celebrates one of the most influential designs in modern watchmaking. Originally conceived by Gérald Genta in 1972, the Royal Oak transformed the luxury sports watch with its distinctive octagonal bezel, exposed screws, integrated bracelet, and unconventional use of stainless steel.
Reference 57003ST/O/0789ST preserves these defining characteristics in a refined 33 mm stainless steel case. Its slender proportions, architectural design, and integrated bracelet capture the enduring appeal of the original Royal Oak, while a precision quartz movement offers practical everyday timekeeping. Produced in a limited series of just 100 examples, this anniversary edition represents a distinctive tribute to the collection's first quarter-century.
