I had tracked down a timepiece at C.D. Peacock that I’d been search for a few months for. I’m out of state so the entire process was via E-Mail. Had an incredible experience dealing with Colleen. I was never rushed, and we came to a very fair agreement. Shipped promptly with next day delivery. You would’ve thought I was purchasing a $40,000 Patek considering how incredible the level of treatment and professionalism she provided.

While I generally stick to local dealers, I will certainly reach back out to Colleen if/when I’m in the market for something else.

I wanted to drop a note to thank Colleen for the wonderful service she provided while I was searching for and purchasing a Gucci necklace from C.D. Peacock.

The necklace was a Christmas gift for my niece, and Colleen went above and beyond to make sure I received it quickly.  The necklace itself was beautifully wrapped, and the FedEx packaging was top-notch as well.  Colleen also made sure the necklace was delivered while I was home, which I appreciated since theft is often a problem around the holidays. Colleen kept me informed and the communication from start to finish was excellent!
